Institution
MIRA is developed and maintained within the following research structures:
CIRAD (Centre de coopération internationale en recherche agronomique pour le développement) is the French agricultural research and international cooperation organization working for the sustainable development of tropical and subtropical regions.
The Plant Health Institute of Montpellier (PHIM) is a leading research unit dedicated to understanding plant-microorganism interactions to improve crop health and sustainable agriculture.
The FBI (Fungal Banana Interactions) team, part of the ITEM pole, focuses on the emergence of fungal diseases in banana plants (Pf and Foc). Our research integrates comparative genomics and high-throughput phenotyping, using MIRA to quantify infection levels and evaluate host-pathogen interactions.
